When will my order arrive?

For all in-stock items, allow three business days for order processing. Add these three days to the UPS delivery time, considering the shipping option you selected, to estimate the date your package is due to arrive.

3 Days Order Processing + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time

For example, if you select Standard Shipping for U.S. shipments, your total delivery time will be 6 to 10 business days, depending on where you live. Three (3) days (order processing) + 3 to 7 days (UPS shipping time).

What if one of the products I ordered is temporarily out of stock? Multiple-item orders are held for shipment until all items are available. (For instance, if you order three items, and two are in stock while one will be available in 2 to 3 days, your order will ship in 2 to 3 days).

If I choose Next Day Air, will my order arrive tomorrow? Not usually. Remember to add in the order processing time for your items. Your order will ship within 3 days and will take just one day to ship. That’s a total 4 business days. Please also remember that there is no weekend delivery for Second Day or Next Day Air.

Signature Requirements for Delivery

We are unable to instruct shipping companies on how or when to leave packages at the shipping address. It is customarily the driver’s discretion to require a signature.UPS generally requires a signature in the following cases:

  • The package is being delivered to an apartment, condominium, or business complex. The package’s contents are valued at more than $150.
  • The driver feels it isn’t a safe place to leave a package. If you are not likely to be home when the package arrives, you might leave a note asking the driver to leave the package with a neighbor or building manager.
  • If you want to redirect the package to your business address, you can call UPS at (800) PICK-UPS. Please be sure to have your tracking number handy.
